For a cheeky drink when fizz is appropriate then Codorniu hits the spot but if its a proper celebration then Le Mesnil is fantastic.

Its got to be Asti Spumanti. Those muscatel grapes just come alive on your tongue

I really like Ridgeview English Sparkling, especially the Blanc de Blancs - "less fizz, more sparkle!"

My Favourite Fizz is probably the Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Rose, seem to have it a lot with our BBQ's. Just waiting for the chance to have some again!

OMG! I love Jacob's Creek Sparkling Chardonnay with a hint of red bull. It's my all time favourite drink. Just gives it a little something more and when I say hint I meant hint. Otherwise it just ruins it! If I can't afford JC, the Hardy's Crest Sparkling, Friexnet or Cordoniu are a very close second!!!

Carr Taylor Brut 2008 It's an English wine, great to drink, cheaper and far superior to many(most) of the champagnes around

I've always got a few bottles of Freixenet's Cordon Negro Brut Cava chilled and 'ready to go'. Amazing value and amazing tasting dry, light, crisp, lemon, lime and of course bubbles... easy to drink, just hard to pronounce!
