Tim Adam's personal wine story started when he left school and secured a job as a winery cellar hand for Mick Knappstein at the Stanley Wine Company.

With years of studies and hands-on experience under his belt, Tim achieved the ultimate success story...the first release under Tim Adams Wines in September 1986! He’s a larger-than-life character and a truly passionate man when it comes to the beautiful Clare Valley and his wines. Tim and Pam are regular visitors to the Tesco Wine Fairs (although they have enlisted the help of their daughter, Frances, too in the last couple of years) and believe me, when you’ve met Tim and he’s shared his wines and a few stories with you...you will be a devoted fan!
