Tesco Wine Expert Davy Zyw takes us through a selection of fruity reds, explaining how the fruitier reds usually hail from warmer climates, the sun ripening the grapes, bringing out the bigger fruiter flavours. Starting off with a Cotes Catalan, full of rich berry flavours that is very versatile but would go well with bangers and mash, through to a Shiraz Cabernet and a Chilean Merlot, with more food pairings along the way.
